Leaf and thorn stripping machine designed for intensive use. Two side approach for two operators or more flexibility for one operator. The Duo Defoliator is equipped with 2 engines, each motor is 0.33kW / 0,5HP. This unit can easily support 8-comb brushes whilst the standard J2 defoliating machine is officially too light.

User information

For large scale flower farms or bouquet makers where machine will be used day in day out continously. Also suitable for tougher crops such as protea and eucalyptus. Do not overfeed the machine, this will reduce the life time of the brushes and reduce the defoliating result. The machine is designed to defoliate 10-20 stems at the time depending on the thickness of stems.
